Welcome to the Health Care Risk Management Institute!

The Health Care Risk Management Institute is a professional training academy that provides an online certification course to Health Care Administrators, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Case Managers and Consultants seeking to attain a specialty designation as Certified in Risk Management & Patient Safety (CRMPS). 

What We Provide:

Certification Course

The Risk Management & Patient Safety Certification Course is online, self-paced and participants have six months to complete the course. Upon completion of the course participants receive the designation of Certified in Risk Management & Patient Safety (CRMPS).

Continuing Education 

The CRMPS designation must be renewed yearly and individuals who are certified through the Institute automatically receive a one-year membership and access to online CE Modules to complete the required six hours for yearly renewal of the specialty designation.  

Updates and Research

Membership in the Health Care Risk Management Institute provides access to online CE Modules with important updates, research and innovation for the practice of Patient Safety Compliance, Risk Management and Health Care Quality Improvement.

Risk Management & Patient Safety Certification Course (CRMPS)- $250

This course is comprised of four fully online self-paced modules. Learning activities in each module include assigned readings, short online videos, knowledge check questions, and case study reviews. The course is designed to be completed in 40 contact hours and participants have up to six months to complete the course.
